Site operator and privacy contact

This policy describes how Deal Express processes information on this site. You can contact the site operator through the contact form below or the Contact us button in the footer. For a privacy request, include the type of request and the email associated with the information.

Information we collect

• Account information: email, name, an optional phone number, saved favorites and your marketing preference. Sign-in is handled through Supabase and, if you choose it, Google.
• Contact requests: name, email, message and the page from which you contacted us.
• Operation and security: technical request data, network addresses processed by infrastructure providers, error logs and identifiers used to limit abusive requests.
• With optional consent: page visits, product views and affiliate-link clicks, browser/device data and product interests used for measurement and personalization.

Providing information is voluntary

You can browse products without registering. Information is provided voluntarily, not under a general legal obligation. Email and the required profile fields are necessary to create and manage an account; name, email and a message are necessary to handle a contact request. Without them we cannot provide that particular service. Phone and marketing consent are optional.

Browser storage and consent

Essential storage is used for security, authentication and core site operation. Optional storage and Google Ads (Google Tag) measurement are enabled only after consent. We measure page visits and outbound affiliate-link clicks, not actual purchases. Google may process usage data for advertising measurement. Google Ads measurement is not loaded before opt-in. Separately, an AdSense advertising script may load to support publisher verification and ad display if Google approves the site. AdSense may use cookies or similar technologies for advertising as described in Google’s policies; choices for such ads depend on the applicable consent requirements and Google’s certified consent platform where required. You may change optional measurement choices through Privacy settings in the footer.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, manage accounts and favorites, answer requests, secure the service and investigate failures. Optional usage information helps measure and personalize the catalog. Marketing messages require a separate, voluntary marketing preference. Sending a contact request does not enroll you in marketing.

Third-party providers

• Vercel hosts the website and processes requests and operational logs. Supabase provides the database, authentication and image storage.
• Contact messages and contact details are delivered to the operator through Telegram. Email replies may be delivered through Resend.
• After optional consent, Google Ads receives usage events for advertising measurement. The AdSense publisher code is loaded separately for site verification and potential advertising once approved. Google may process advertising data according to its policies and the applicable consent requirements. If you choose Google sign-in, Google processes that authentication under its own policy.
• Following an affiliate link takes you to AliExpress, which may receive referral information and processes your use and any purchase under its own terms and privacy policy. Deal Express does not collect payment-card details for these purchases.

Providers may process or store information outside Israel. We use access restrictions and provider security controls, but using international infrastructure does not mean all processing takes place in Israel.

Retention and deletion

Account data and favorites are kept to provide your account. Contact messages are kept to handle the request and related follow-up; technical records are used for operation and security. Retention may also be needed to meet legal obligations. A request is examined according to its purpose, the applicable law and any necessary retention, including provider backups.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to information about you and correction of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or outdated, and request deletion where applicable. Use the contact form to make a request. We may ask for reasonable identity verification before providing personal information. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or payment details in the form.

You can change marketing consent in your account and change optional storage through Privacy settings in the footer. These choices are separate.
